This course equips theatre students with entrepreneurial, project management, and creative innovation skills to plan, implement, and sustain art and cultural projects. Combining theoretical knowledge from cultural management with the practice, the course emphasizes project-based learning, real-world case studies and the development of a final entrepreneurial/cultural project with professional pitch.
